why the enhancement? this enhancement will empower the certificate department to efficiently track and ensure that certificates are issued solely to clients who are up to date with all internal payments and procedures what is validated? the validation process has been improved to verify the client's status prior to creating a submission this verification will be conducted by {{januscrm}} , which will confirm the client's status before permitting the certificate request to move forward and will communicate it to peoplematic feature breakdown user attempts to submit any certificate request {{januscrm}} verifies if the client’s status permits the action and communicates it to peoplematic this validation is related to internal payroll processes clients who hold a good standing status are permitted to advance with the submission process for any type of certificate clients with a different status cannot continue with the submission users will always see the request history section regardless of their account status new clients with a sold status will be able to request only certificate of insurance if the client is not not in good standing users will encounter a disabled module (grayed out) along with appropriate prompts directing them to contact the designated department for further assistance once the client's status has been addressed, they will gain access to the available certificate types for submission path client lead card > payroll tab > customer status = active active ◈ client portal not good standing ◈ mobile application not good standing the peoplematic product is designed to complement, not replace, existing internal procedures and statuses consequently, for further assistance, the payroll department is available to help facilitate any necessary payments to restore the account to good standing
